wrong speed-selection in tools-pins

In the pin configuration for the RT1061, the speed selection seems to be buggy:
- the selection for 150 MHz is missing
- if 100 MHz is selected, DSE is set to 10b (150 MHz)

we are sorry for the inconvenience.

Unfortunately, the documentation has been updated after the tools support was created. According to the current reference manual, the value in tool "medium(100Mhz)" actually corresponds to 150Mhz, as you have correctly pointed out.

We plan to fix the pins tool data to be aligned with the documentation in next release.
