Resource platform.drivers.common not found, quick-fix completes but does not resolve the issue

I have recently switched a project from using an LPC55S69 to an LPC55S28, and I am having issues with the config tools. 

I cannot seem to resolve the following problems:

This driver does exist in the project, and the project builds/compiles/runs as expected. 

Running the "quick fix" does nothing, and the error does not go away

How can I resolve this error?
