LPC54102 CTIMER Capture Configuration

How can one use ConfigTools to configure input capture for a CTIMER? I cannot find anywhere in the tool where I can setup a capture input (channel, edge, etc.). Is this a case where I simply need to eschew the tool and configure things manually?

I understand now that ConfigTools does not support Counter mode. It also seems, though, that it does not fully support Capture/Match mode either. It allows match channels to be configured, but I do not see any way to configure capture channels.

Match channel and capture channel are configured here: There are yellow  exclamation marks on the screenshot because the related pin is not routed. User needs to go to pin configuration tool to config the pin.

With which version of MXUXpresso (and ConfigTools) are you testing? The version I have does not have the 'Capture' section.
