So the question basically is already in the title: I am not really finding any reasonable microcontroller with MIPI / CSI interface for interfacing a 2MP image sensor (12-bit RAW format).

There are some Cortex M7 from STM (I think) but considering 1920 x 1080 x 12bit = 3Mbyte of data per picture this seems overkill (maybe I am wrong)?

I neither want to use a Raspi nor an FPGA.

What would you recommend?
