frdm-ls1012a reset LED not off

Hi, on my Rev. B1 board the reset LED (D3) is never completely off.

The system is booting but I cannot connect to the board using Lauterbach and I wonder

a) is this normal that the LED is never completely off?

b) is someone able to debug the LS1012A through JTAG?

Please download and install CodeWarrior for ARMv8 from CodeWarrior ARMv8 64 bit|NXP , and try whether you could connect to the target board through cmsis-dap, if you don't have a CodeWarrior TAP.

I just wanted to let you know that I was able to debug LS1012A using BDI3000 JTAG debugger 

sometimes ago.

D3 should be off when RCW is loaded be the SoC. Are you saying D3 is on but uboot is booting?

LS1012AFRDM board can be debugger via cmsis-dap port as well via jtag port. I never tried with Lauterbach, but the support is added in CodeWarrior for ARMv8.
