I'm trying to program Ethernet port (independent mode) for an RTOS. The RTOS I use is 32-bit. U-boot is used to load the RTOS.
For Ethernet program, I understand that I need to load FMAN microcode. I guess, FMAN microcode can work with 32-bit access. But, when I check the LS1046A Reference manual, it says QMAN S/W Portal (05_0000_0000) is not supported for 32-bit access. Does FMAN microcode uses this QMAN S/W portal? Does this mean microcode/Ethernet port cannot be programmed with 32-bit RTOS?
