Layerscape LS1043A Footprint

Dears,

In the datasheet of Layerscape LS1043A  page 255, the pitch of horizontal rows and vertical are the same 0.8mm (As shown in the figure 1). However, in the layerscape LS1043A reference design board , the pitch in the middle between two rwos is 1.6mm (As shwon in the figure 2). Is it a mistake ?

Look at gerber file PSM.art or PSP.art for component place , pitch is 0.8mm.
