[LS1043A] Verify ITS Fuse state

Hello,

I'm trying to verify the state of the Intent To Secure fuse on LS1023A and LS1043A based boards.

After provisioning the fuse configuration and U-Boot image (which does not give any command line interface to the user), how can I verify the state of the fuses and in particular the ITS fuse ? Is it feasible via JTAG ?
