Does the "Pull up" column in Table 18-4 of the reference manual (LS1012ARM) indicate that the LS1012A has internal pull-ups on these signals or does it indicate that external pull-ups are required?

SDHCx_CMD and SDHCx_DAT[0:3] pins should be pulled high through a 10-20 kΩ resistor to EVDD.
