How to use CodeWarrior TAP with LA1224

Hi,

We have a LA1224-RDB-BHS board with a CodeWarrior TAP connected to the LA1224 (via J1). The code warrior TAP is connected to the host PC via ethenet and USB. We can telnet into the Code Warrior TAP and get the 'core>' prompt. We have a project in Code Warrior IDE (QorIQ LS series - ARM V8 ISA) building code for it (using the e200 toolset) but when I try and setup a 'Debug Configuration' it doesn't appear to give me any options to connect to the LA1224 target.

In the 'Debug Configurations' window if I double click on the 'GDB Hardware Debugging' it comes up with a config expecting 8 Cortex A72's rather than 6 e200's, it's also not referencing the correct gdb executable.

Is there any documentation on how to setup debugging for the LA1224 on this platform?

Hi,

Thanks for the response but that looks like it only allows debugging of the VSPA cores. How do I debug the e200 cores, I would not expect this to be done from the VSPA version of CodeWarrior since the e200 image is built in the 'QorIQ LS series - ARM V8 ISA' version of CodeWarrior.
