How do I modify an ITB source

i use command  "flex-builder -i mkitb -r yocto:tiny -a arm64" to build lsdk2012_yocto_tiny_LS_arm64.itb。

But it has a lot of device trees. Where can I modify it to remove the device tree configuration that I don't need ？

You could modify file configs/linux/linux_arm64_LS.its in LSDK according to your requirement.
