Does any one have a circuit diagram of lpc1769 programmer that uses UART0?
Does any one know how does the programmer work?

You should be able to find all the information you need in the FlashMagic User Manual and the LPC17xx User Manual (UM10360).

In particular, read Chapter 32: LPC17xx Flash memory interface and programming for details of how the bootloader and ISP programming works.

Thanks for that.
I was more interested in programming only lpc 1769 and not through lpc expresso board. I was also interested in it's working.
Please help if you can

A few months ago I posted a message on our Astrobe forum with information on how to set this up so that you can program an LPC1769 via UART0 when using Astrobe to develop LPC1769 software:

You can use a similar approach if you are using the LPCXpresso IDE or other development tool. Just configure your IDE to generate a HEX format file for your executable and then use FlashMagic to upload it to your MCU:
