I have missed the possibility of simultaneously debugging multiple targets for a long time, so I was very happy when I stumbled upon this page:

https://www.lpcware.com/content/faq/lpcxpresso/using-multiple-lpc-link2-debug-probes

It seems that this functionality is included in LPCXpresso v 8.1.
I have installed v8.1.4 and have two LPCXpresso1549 boards, however I am still not able to debug two targets at the same time even after following the instructions in the linked page.
Has anyone else manage to do this?

Hi, and thanks for your reply.
I found that this is working on my home computer with the same LPCXpresso boards.
I will check what the difference is when I get back to the office next week. The only thing I can think of now is that I am using a usb hub on the other computer. I will investigate further.

The most likely issue would be having older CMSIS-DAP firmware installed into your LPCXpresso1549 boards. You have to be using v5.147 (or later) of the firmware (either softloaded or programmed into flash using the latest LPCScrypt).

Can you describe in more detail exactly what steps you are following and what you actually see?

And are you trying to do this from two IDE instances or one?
