Hello everyone,
I tried to start working with my LPC1769, but i have problems with connection. My pc doesn't see it as a drive and cannot install drivers. In addition when i connect LPC1769 to pc red LED2 is blinking all the time. when i try to install mbedWinSerial16466 is says: "the driver could not be installed. No mbed Microcontrollers were found.". What may fix that problem?

The LPCXpresso board that you have cannot be used directly from mbed. You can use mbed to create an application that will run on this board, but mbed cannot download the application to this board - you will need to use LPCXpresso IDE.

Alternatively, you should purchase a board that does support the mbed download interface. There are many such boards on the mbed website.

Problem may occur because of connecting cable? Maybe i should check new one, i don't have any other devices that use Mini-B cable, so i don't know if it works properly.

This picture shows a 'LPCXpresso 1768' board...

If you install LPCXpresso before you connect it, all drivers are installed  :)

It looks like http://mbed.org/media/uploads/nxpfan/lpcxpresso1768.jpg
when i connect it via USB, PC tries to install drivers, but fails. Maybe i tried to install mbed without a reason :) It's my first time with ARM microcontrollers so I'm a bit confused. What should i do to connect properly that microcontroller and run simple Blink program for example, in LPCXpresso?

Which software is your LPC executing?

Could be useful if you explain what you are trying to connect as MBED...
