Hi,

I am using the LPCXpresso board and am new to this platform. In my program I configured the clock, such that the LPC1227 on my board cannot be reprogrammed. I enabled vector catch and tried setting the ISP pin (pin 0.12 if I am not mistaken) to ground, but it did not help to regain access to the LPC1227. Does anybody have another idea, what I could try to reprogram the LPC1227?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the link. Unfortunately, I still did not manage to reprogram the LPC1200, but I will keep trying :)

Do I see correctly that the LPCXpresso LPC1200 Rev B board does not have a UART connector to connect the UART-USB converter to?

Right, you have to connect an UART(3.3V) to USB converter to your LPC UART.

That's not the Mini-USB connector of LPCXpresso LPC-Link Board, which is used to connect LPC-Link to your PC.

Hi R2D2,

thank you very much for your quick reply.

I had tried using FlashMagic before and now I tried it again. Unfortunately it does not work, as I cannot establish a connection to the board. FlashMagic tells me "Operation Failed. Failed to autobaud". Maybe I am using the wrong cable.. I used the mini-USB cable that I usually use. Do I see correctly that the LPCXpresso LPC1200 Rev B board does not have a UART connector to connect the UART-USB converter to?

Thanks,

Trying to switch to ISP was correct. PIO0_12 is the correct ISP pin.

Unfortunately sometimes SWD refuses to work. Then switching to ISP and using FlashMagic is your last hope.

This has been described several times in this forum.

You can try to reset your board and restart your PC, if that's not helping download FlashMagic

and connect an UART-USB converter
