LPCxpresso/LPC1769 QEI Library

Hello,

Is there a library available for the LPC1769 xpresso board for the QEI?  I am doing some testing and I don't wish to reinvent the wheel if I don't have to.

I have been looking for the example and can't find it.  Can you point me in the correct direction?  I will keep searching.

In CMSIS1.3 you have a QEI example.
