LPC Parametric Table?

Hi all,
This is my first post. Where can I get the LPC parametric table which list all nxp lpc in a table format, so that it is easy to select the lpc for our application.

Also, is there any lpc with built-in SRAM more than 64K? I'm looking for a lpc with 256K SRAM.
