Error while stopping the debug session

Every time i stop the debug session i get the following Error Message:

15: Target error from Read Memory: Ee(FF). Redlink interface error 255.   15: Target error from Read Memory: Ee(FF). Redlink interface error 255.

I have no idea how to fix this issue. 

Maybe somebody has a tip for me?

What target MCU? Which Debug probe? How are you terminating the debug session?

Hi,

soory for the long delay.

I use PN7462 RfiD solution, witch is equipped with a M0 core.

Debugprobe is LPC-Link2 and I stop the debugging by pressing Terminate.

Right now it works fine. I can not explain why, I didn't change anything.
