Error while setting breakpoints

I am using LPC1769 lpcpresso board with LPCXpresso IDE, my IDE is reporting error when I try put breakpoints at certain lines.
I am receiving following message

error reason:15 target error from register access

Please provide more information. For example
- are any breakpoints being set?
- what is different about the failing ones?
- is you target running or halted?
- how did you build you application?
- can you reproduce with one of the examples?
