Hi,

after downloading the BXL file for the LPC5516JBD100, I noticed that the pad for GND under the uC is missing in the layout.

The general pads for the pins were also tight when compared to the suggested data from the data sheet.

Since this has unsettled me, I ask for a short feedback.

Note: I exported the file to Altium using the Ultra Librarian program.

Thank you for your feedback

Hi,

Pls go to the link and download the latest data sheet of LPC5516JBD100.

https://www.nxp.com/products/processors-and-microcontrollers/arm-microcontrollers/general-purpose-mc...

You can draw the schematics library for the LPC5516JBD100 based the signal assignment on the data sheet. The data sheet is correct, if the BXL does not match with data sheet, pls use data sheet as correct one.

Hope it can help you
