lpcxpresso lpc1853 bin file is too large

1.after build the project,i get hex and bin files.the hex file is ok ,but the size of bin file is up to 16M.

2. i use lpcxpresso 8.2.2 ide, and lpc1853 mcu.

3. my config is below,could you tell me how  to config my projgect? thanks ,i will be waitting.

That’s the point. You can’t solve it (with a single bin file).

If you need bin files, you will need to creat two (or more) bin files - one for each non-contiguous memry region.
