anonymous git clone not working

$ git clone http://git.lpcware.com/lwip_lpc.git

fatal: http://git.lpcware.com/lwip_lpc.git/info/refs not found: did you run git update-server-info on the server?

What's the right URL for git repositories? As nothing I tried seems to work...

I also searched this site for instructions about how to use the repositories, but no luck.

How am I supposed to get the source code from git?

Seems like the GIT repository is messed up.
The zip files are located here,

just go to download area after clicking link
