Unconnected Pin of LPC1759FBD80 ?

Hello,   

    Using LPC1759FBD80 in my design attach sheet shows the details of Unconnected (NC) pin of MCU.

   Please provide solution regarding proper termination as EMI/EMC point of view for NC pins. Weather it requires pull up /pull down/floating?

Hello, 

For the NC pins of the EMC/EMI you can leave these pin floating or connected to ground, with either these two options you shouldn't have any problem.
