Is there any code snipet or application note or project example for how to use the hardware AES engin of the LPC43S serie ?

Hello Soledad, thank you for your answer but as I see this application note refers to a library that doesn't use the hardware engine of the LPC43Sxx. What I would like to do is using this hardware engine. 

Is there any application note or code example for that ?

Please check the AN11241, this application note discusses an implementation of an AES encryption algorithm according to the FIPS197 standard.
