OM13089 strange Power measurement

I want to measure the power consumption of the MCU on the OM13089 board;
according to the instructions of AN11799 I can probe the current on JP4; the issue that even in reset I am measuring 68mA.
Then from that current level I can see the normal variation on the consumption due to different power level modes. 

Did someone else had this issue?

Any hint would be very appreciated.

for the opportunity to serve you. I've done some testing and the AN11799 works well, I'd like to exemplify the testing results.
