Hi Team,

My customer has used OM13071 (LPC824 devkit) for two weeks and suddenly the USB connector did not open a port on the computer and he can not able to flash/debug anymore.

He even use a bread new EVK and reinstall the LPC11Uxx_Debug_Probe_VCOM drivers
But still, the debug probe has not been detected by the PC, Could you please suggest how can we resolve this issue?

Waiting for your kind feedback, Thanks a lot.

Regards,

Shai

Hi shai_b

Please unzip attached firmware.zip and press on board reset button when connecting board with USB cable. then drag firmware.bin to it.

Please note, the firename must be firmware.bin. don't change it to other name. don't use capital letter.

Power off and power on again. Make sure you have driver installed.

If the board is not broken, it should be recognized by PC.

You could try two more computer to verify this is a board issue or a PC issue.

Hope this helps,

Jun Zhang
