Letter of Volatility-LPC178x/7x

Hello,

I'm trying to obtain what's called a letter of volatility (LoV) for the referenced controller.  This letter or statement would break down the various memory modules that are present as well as details as to whether or not the memory space is accessible, whether it's volatile or non-volatile, and any methods required to clear or sanitize said memory space.  I can go through the manual and see the various types of memory that are present and the function the memory serves but was looking for a standalone document of some sort that specifically relates and provides details into the memory components.

Hi, Brad,

Unfortunately, I have not found any letter of volatility, but in the data sheet of LPC17xx, there is memory map section, which define the memory location for on-chip ROM, flash, SRAM and external memory space for SDRAM or SRAM.

For example, this is the memory map screenshot in data sheet.
