I am trying to interface MCAN and want to send data continuously but when I disconnect CAN H or CAN L line it will sets error and giving kStatus_MCAN_TxBusy status. it is not giving idle status when i connect line again. please help me to continuous communication between CAN. I am initiating can using config tools.

What do you mean "when I disconnect CAN H or CAN L line"? do you means that you disconnect both the CAN H or CAN L line between transmitter and receiver nodes?

Educate yourself about the meaning of transmit / receive errors, error passive state, and bus-off state, which are intrinsic part of the CAN specification.
