Hello Sir,
I am using LPC2929 processor for my project.But the processor working good for few hours only,after few hours processor +1.8V and GND pins are going to short condition(it means processor failed ).then i can change the new processor its working and after few hours i had the same problem back.please give any solutions for my problem.
