Hi,

Are 1114 XL and 1115 XL completely compatible with each other? I mean in terms of power profiles, current consumption, IO drive strengths, address map etc?

I'm looking specifically at LPC1114FBD48/323 and LPC1115FBD48/303.

I went through the datasheet and I could not find any difference. I wonder is there any fine print or errata that I have missed.

Regards,
Vignesh

I'm seeing about 50-100 uA of increase in current consumption between 1114 and 1115 for same software, same board. Any clue why it might happen? Flash controller ?

Thank you. I'm aware of differences in flash size; I was concerned about rest of the specs!

AFAIK they just differ in Flash sizes - 48K vs 64KB.

HTH!
