Is it possible to program the internal eeprom of the 1788 via ISP ?

It looks that the eeprom is not erased by a flash erase. So it is also not covered by the code protection.

Going by the information in the LPC1788 user manual I would say not. By contrast, you can program the internal eeprom by IAP (not ISP) in the LPC1347 and that is specifically detailed in the LPC1347 user manual.
