Issue with LP2364 UART communication

Dear All,

I am trying to implement UART0 communication in LPC2364.

I am using Sample Code Bundle for LPC23xx/LPC24xx Peripherals using Keil's μVision downloaded from the link

In start up code OSCEN is set but when we check the "System control and status" window, the register is found reset.

I am not able to set a desired baud rate also.

There is problem with interrupt also... Interrupt is getting fired but its not entering into start up code.


Please give your valuable suggestions
