I can only catch DBT_DEVNODES_CHANGED event but no DBT_DEVICEARRIVAL and DBT_DEVICEREMOVECOMPLETE notification.
I use the microsoft msdn example to test it. But an commercial USB2SERIAL cable can get these event correctly.
So is there any other missing control packet that the example has not issued correctly?
