Ee(83). Hardware Transfer Error.

Hi, 

I  use LPCXpresso V8.2.2_650.  I sometimes encounter error in programming flash:  '05: File xxx.axf load failure: Ee(83). Hardware Transfer Error.  This become success after several time retry.  Somebody knows the reason of the error?

I use LPC4330-Xplorer board.
