Designing PCB for LPC1768

Hello everyone, I wanna design a PCB board for LPC1768 and I want my board to have JTAG connections for programming the MCU. I have no idea where to start, where should I use pullup resistors and capacitors, and how should I connect JTAG port to LPC1768. Plus I may need to know more information about designing PCB for MCUs that I didn't even take account of. I was wondering if you could give me the information I need or some good tutorials for designing PCB for LPC1768.
