Alternate for LPC1769 for 12bit ADC Application

Dear All,
We have used LPC1769 for our application. We tried using LPC1769 for ADC application but it couldn't work and producing near full count for low analog input. We had gone through the Errata sheet and work around but we couldn't achieve the result. Kindly suggest us the Cortex-M based controller with 12bit at least 6 Channels ADC.

Application details : We want to scan all the 6 channels , single channel at a time in the time span of 2ms

Other requirements : UARTs :3, Timers :4 ,GPIOs 40,Flash : 256KB, RAM : 36KB

Also suggest us whether  LPC1519 suits for the above application
