Activating lpcexpresso free edition

I have an issue that I need to flash the microcontroller, but the IDE asks to update the license, and when I try to do it, I constantly come across the fact that this service is currently unavailable...it's been a couple of days now and it's getting frustrating.

Which IDE do you have installed? I never had to enter a license for MCUXpresso.

I'm using lpcxpresso for lpc 1114 chips

It looks like it was a bug, from Jun's reply but are those chips not able to be used with MCUXpresso?
