Hello Forum,

I just started using twr-k60d100m board for development, using USB cable to power on the board.

I have following setup:

1/ On Ubuntu 14.04 and Ubuntu 15.05 OS on the my desktop and notebook

2/ USB cable connected to the usb port and  system recognised usb port after lsusb command

Bus 005 Device 003: ID 15a2:0058 Freescale Semiconductor, Inc.

3/ I am trying to upload/flash the program in to the board

4/ I have st-link and openocd utilities

5/ also downloaded P&E micro virtual usb driver.

6/ Do I still need the P&E USB Multilink Universal KIT to flash or upload an image/program?

7/ Just USB cable will not do? As I  tried several attempt but no result nor any sign that the image loaded?

I will be grateful if someone put me in right direction, please.

Thank you,

IK

Hello Imran Khan,

Yes - it looks alright. You do not need Multilink Universal KIT to flash or upload an image/program.

After that you check PEMicro Interface Settings in your IDE.

What IDE are you using?

USB cable is ok. Please, what do you see for error message ?

Please, attach screenshot.

Best Regards,
Iva

Thank you very much Iva,

currently I am in process of ordering SEGGER J-Link EDU and J-Link 19-Pin Cortex-M Adapter from their web site, I wait until been delivered, after that getting into real business of flashing and testing, there I may have some more queries. But for the moment, thank you, for the answer.

Kind regards.
