Kinetis SDK install issue when trying to install in Kinetis IDE 3.0

Hello!

When trying to install the KSDK into Kinetis IDE 3.0 I get the following error.

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed

session context was:(profile=DefaultProfile, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).

Unable to read repository at http://freescale.com/lgfiles/updates/Eclipse/KDS/binary/com.freescale.processorexpert.ksdk-1.2.0.sp_....

Read timed out

What should I do in order to be able to install the KSDK?

Hi Vlad,

you might try the workaround described in Workaround for “Installing Software has encountered a problem” in Eclipse | MCU on Eclipse

and disable that 'contact all update site' options?

please, have you followed exact procedure for installing KSDK to KDS?

I mean this part : KDS V3.0.0 User´s Guide page 63

If yes and issue persists, please send me screenshot of the error.
