hello:

i programming kw40z board by jlink (IAR).

the error message ( failed to get cpu status after 4 retries retry ) appear  final step go .

how can i do to solve this problem?

Hi,

looks as issue with power supply of MCU. Also you can check if the correct debug connection is selected in IAR (SWD or J-LINK) for Cortex M0+ base MCU has to be SWD.

What kind of debug interface are you using external or integrated in the board for example on freedom board ?

My MCU power from power supplier.

i think i have been programming it but i don't know why i reset power ,the kw40z return initial step .

are you able to do the some steps in the code ? If yes you can check what should be the source of reset.
