need product mark of MK02FN64

I checked the datasheet of "Kinetis K02 64 KB/128 KB Flash, Rev. 3, 4/2015", there is product mark of 32pin/48pin device, but no this infomation for 64pin. please state the product mark of 64pin K02, MPN is MK02FN64VLH10. Thanks.

Why you said there is no 64pin K02 ?

The chip MK02FN64VLH10 is 64 pin。

You can check the detail information in the K02F Sub-Family Reference Manual .
