Hi wangb,
I suggest you build the tower_bootloader directly. This is the flash bootloader, and can be always used.
flashloader_loader need to associated with flashloader, you need to build the flashloader at first, then build the flashloader_loader, these two project used together, and this is one time used, after you update the app, then your flashloader will be disappear, that's why I suggest you use the tower_bootloader.
