cortex m-4 K66 core info

Hello,

I want to use sleep mode in K66,

I can find some example codes, in this codes include core register information,

when I want to see all core registers(System Constrol Block), I cannot find any documants in your side.

Could you help me about this isssue, How can find core regiser documants, memory maps....
