I am getting the following error  when I do RUN->Debug.How can I get rid of this error.

Error while launching command: arm-none-eabi-gdb --version

One additional thing is that I am getting this problem with Segger J-link.

This is not helpful. At all. Have you even tested this solution?

I have the exact same problem after correctly selecting SEGGER. 

YOU HAVE A BUG. FIX IT.
