Hello.

I am developing my commercial product that will have a USB-CDC communication protocol. I do not want to pay $5000 for my identifier. According to this, I have several questions:

  1. Can I use Freescale's VID 0x2504 and PID 0x0300 in my commercial product without buying my own?
  2. Can I leave Freescale's VID 0x2504 and PID 0x0300 identifiers, and change only the string descriptor with "Freescale semiconductor inc." to my personal or do I need to leave everything unchanged?
  3. Is using Freescale VID 0x2504 and PID 0x0300 in my commercial product a trademark infringement or something like that?

Thanks.
