USE Security Flash Magic Programing Error

I USE Cyclone LC  Program the flash.  The MCU is KEAZ128,  when i use the  Security function.

the security data = 0xBF;

the program is error , Cyclone LC display the 4003 err  As shown below:

If i don't use the security function（security data = 0xBE）, The program is ok.

I  Set the Cyclone LC , delete the verify checksum.the program is ok.

I want to know if my operation is correct and if there is a risk,?

I use the MCU S9KEAZN32 also use the security function， but it don't have the Error. why?

Hello @xiabin,

I think the reason of this error is this section right here:

The left one is the KEA128 and the right is the KEA32.

This command mention that will unsecure the device but the 4002000B address doesn't match with the protection register. Try changing it for the one in the KEA32.

Could you try using any of the other two algorithms?

Hello @xiabin,

I think this last instruction is trying to access the memory when is secured so that's the reason this command is failing, the error code mention that the operation failed or was canceled.

The strange thing is the SKEA32 pass this instruction correctly, are you using the same script?

the clclone  lc  setting in  S9KEAZ128 and S9KEAZN32 .  the other setting is same
