USB High speed Transceiver

is there any kinetis k series controller with internal usb high speed transceiver or we have to use a external transceiver with ULPI interface.

• K70_120: Kinetis K70 Graphic LCD 120/150 MHz MCUs
• K60_120: Kinetis K60 Ethernet 120/150 MHz MCUs
• K20_120: Kinetis K20 USB 120 MHz MCUs
