UART debug in custom board issue

I was testing uart code from demo app as it is debugging and able to print output in terminal for eval board(LPUART1 at C6 and C7).

But when I was trying the code to debug in custom board where UART port is C8 and C9,not able to get any print.

Though I have change pin config to C8 and C9,Please I need help on it
