Software support, FRDM-KL25Z (For GD3162 EVB), FlexGUI2, win 11

I am setting up the FRDMGD3162HBEVM, for the first time, I have installed FlexGUI 2 software and verified that I have the most updated firmware 1.18 for FRDM_KL25Z  daughter board. But the FlexGUI software doesn't see the daughtercard or any com ports. I found the PC just view does FRDM_KL25Z as simple HID device. And to be clear I just trying to get the software to see the FRDM_KL25Z board at this point.  Attached is a picture of FlexGUI software, the HID device,  board setup and software log GD316x_GUI.log.  

Any help would be appreciated.

After some talking to tech support I found that you might need to grab a .bin file from where you down loaded the FlexGuI software and drop in the FRDM-KL25Z board for it to recognized by the FlexGUI software. Refer to attached picture for details.
