Please tell me your KEA64 full name, then check it with your project, do you select the correct chip with your project?
I need to make sure your project and the KEA64 chip is match, as you know the KEA64 have the S9KEAZN64xxx and S9KEAZ64xxx, these two chip have a lot of register difference. Please check this point at first.
Besides, you also can create a new empty project for your KEA64 in the CW, can you also meet this stuck problem?
